Well engine is done and had it on the engine dyno yesterday morning.
On 8lbs, it made 688hp. This is with the 165lb injectors I supplied and stock truck intake manifold and pump 91. It will be on E85.

Believe me. After 10 years and everything I have soaked in from the people here it was very hard to give it up. I wanted to try something new. I was getting bored with it. I picked up HPTUNERS and a stock 6.0 LS truck file and starting to play around with the tuning. Very similar to efi, as u am very used to those maps.

It's all the torque that gets you.

That's why we have to overbuild our trucks to handle 800hp somewhat reliably. Torque kills parts.

It's surprising we don't have more issues with breaking parts than we already do. And people wonder why aftermarket parts for Diesels are so expensive.

It crossed over behind the engine/under trans and feeds the bottom part of the manifold you see in the manifold pic.
