I find it difficult to drive with an erection. Seat belt gets in the way, I have to move my seat back too far to reach the pedals anymore, and you can't just tuck it away when sitting down...

And on the flip side, if you try to beat it down then you can't grip the steering wheel very well. Good thing is my leather steering wheel never get's dried out tho...
