Time slip

His 4.70 time slip is bogus! His pile didn't run a 2.80 in the 330'!!! Not at no 141! You would need in the high 160's for that. He can't run that in the 1/4. I run 4.71 with a 3.08 330 At 151. It's still the old Greg. Lol

It on DragRace central for all to see , but just as John didn't have a 1.85 , well 1.81 light , you are wrong and a bitter small person who is threatened and upset I get help and funding.

I guess NHRA is in on it as well, You and you buddy will not put my time on the top 50 because its all a conspiracy

http://dragracecentral.com/DRCStory.asp?ID=292354&Filter=Year2014#indextop

I have already said the car was only under full nitrous power for 4 seconds before it spit water on me and I peddled it , and shut off the nitrous all together. It was on a mid 4.50 pass that would have been mid 150's this car should back half 2.40 or so , so you do the math

Greg, you lie to your friends and I will lie to mine but let's not lie to each other! You know better than him having a 1.85 reaction time. Lol

so your 0 for 2 sucks to be so bitter and unprofessional. you are so worried about me that you post on any thread you can, I had to delete you on Facebook . Just go find some hp because I'll find you some where at a track and show you how real drag racers act .

All I am getting from this thread is Greg is really good at predicting what his times and horsepower "should be".

Wasn't 1000 hp a big deal in like 2008?

what you fail to see is the thread is about taking the Nira stand a lone ECM and running a Duramax for the first time. No one has use the Nira on a duramax until now , its was difficult to get all of the timing markers correct and the voltages but the man tuning has spend a great deal of time on Team viewer making it happen. . We now have it done and after a few pulls with a mild tune and no nitrous , on a motor set up to run nitrous , ( no intercooler) it made a 1000 hp on fuel only.
The 1000 hp was at an acceleration rate of 1288 rpms per second.

we made very mild check out pulls to well above 6000 rpms and the motor moves air up there , it was not until we loaded the Exergy 12mm stroker pumps that we found a problem in the idler pulley. We pitched a belt and this damaged the belt . After that belt was damaged and I didn't have another in the trailer, and once the pumps started flow 50+ % of fuel it would pitch a belt just at the motor got on the pipe good at about 4700 . I plan on stalling this motor 5000 to 5200 and shifting at 5700 to 5800 and going thru the traps at 6200.

I know a few of you want to get on a band wagon and post ever time I get on here. I could care less , I have been racing and doing engine development work on high performance engines for 30+ years and racing diesel for over 10. My background is why people and company's help me. To the bystander that reads this and just shake there heads at these knuckleheads , there are a few that are green with envy at the money and help I get and continue to get. The others are band wagon and nut swingers that want to look like they are relevant.

and for a laugh and a little bit of my relevant's here is me beating on a motor 30 years ago on a dyno

I have spent 3 years trying to make the ECD 16 ECM work, two of the best EFI live tuners tried . , it's just will not work with the acceleration rates and RPM I need to make my engine combination work. At 1900 lbs the car requires a lot different power then from a heavy truck

The aftermarket route fixes 100% of the problems with the car. I went directly to EFI live and they said they were a year or so out on this kind of stand a lone tuning , They suggested I go to either borsch motorsports or Nira until them.

I now have some of the best people on this program , Exergy engineers answered the questions I have been asking for years in the first 30 min conversation.

I have one of the best tuners out there on stand a lone systems in 3 pulls on the dyno we were at a 1000 hp and climbing like crazy before the belt problem, This motor will make peak power in mid 5000 rpm range and carry that power high in the 6000 range

my new motor is ultra light 67 lbs. of rotating weight removed from flywheel to harmonic balancer . My current motor is 57 lbs lighter
Your a bit slow. Wade Moody and his tuner johnboy made the edc 16 work make way more power and did it in a heavy truck with all industrial fuel equipment!

What happned to Johnboy, I havent seen him post in forever

IMO, he got tired of crap like this. The guy just likes to make things go fast or win pulls.

Hogue thinking he "won" with a 10.81 against Robinson. Stuff like that just makes me shake my head.

I've seen and been on a chassis dyno. I've seen an engine dyno. I think they have transmission dynos as well. Could someone post a video or explain to me how you dyno an ECM? I googled it and didn't find anything...

I have seen the prototype digital design. I have spent a lot of time lobbying for this head . My argument was that this head needed to have the versatility to be ported to over 400+ CFM but be able to be use as a stock replacement for a dealership on a stone stock work truck. I believe the market for any heads should be 95 % factor replacement and 5 % racers, This new heads will fill that bill. It will be around the cost of a stock casting and flow close to 275 as cast .
Edelbrock wants to do this as a permanent mold heads . Permanent mold heads will be many times stronger and denser then what is out there now. The permanent mold process is 10 times as expensive to gear up for production but its makes a head many times stronger and in the long run less expensive to produce Chris Franks at Frankenstein racing heads is a extreme high end design shop. Designing heads for many manufactory , to include the new Cadillac ATS V 2.0 turbo and CTS V turbo.

I have seen 390 cfm on the Brodix water heads with Chris's design and 290+ CFM from stock castings. I have a set of shaved core Brodix castings waiting on Chris to finish for my car . there are essentially half solid and half water around the exhaust port and seat.

here is a few pictures , these are ones allowed by Chris , as his shop is as close to being a secret shop as you will find . The 500 inch and 400 inch Pro Stock heads are locked in Gun safes when not in play

a picture inside the shop

here is the highest flowing LS head on the planet it was designed and build from a solid chunk of aluminum it flows 535 cfm

here is what it started at . I have a set of billets there for my DuraRat heads once Chris get a little time

So those perma mold heads will be 80,000 dollars lol

no the target is to make a set of casting that will flow 275 cfm ,about the same price as a set of casting from a dealership. This is where the bulk of the heads will be sold, as replacement heads to stock trucks
