I have my 2 dual cores runnin on it, laptop and PC, I figure anything older than that would be to slow? If not I could use my office PC also but it is old school

Sidebar, don't worry about the whole "points" thing. It's a carrot to entice certain speciality machines to run F@H. There are problems designed for all kinds of computers, and all need to be solved.

Would have had the first problem solved earlier but I forgot that computer was setup with an auto-shutdown command from something I was doing with it before. I need to replace that thing, its just a lousy 1.7gig celeron.
I just put headers and a cam in my PS3...
I have one of the old 60 gig PS3 with a upgraded HD only, afraid to run this on there. It gets pretty warm as is.
I wish I had read this yesterday I have a desktop that hasn't been used in months at home I could have setup to run the whole 14 days I'm away at work.

Naw, we had the first model which I use mostly for play Blueray movies in the hobby room, then we got the kids one of the new ones with the Move stuff. I just turned them both on. :ralph:
Yesterday, I turned on my work (CAD) notebook computer (McRatdv8) and set it to full scream. It's under warranty and I don't like it. :angel:
McRat is a 13" Apple Macbook Pro.
McRatAM2 is my office (work) computer with dual core AMD.
And McRatPS3a is both Playstations.

OK boys GAME ON! I was just going to get a medium dual core machine. Now I guess I'll have to add some memory and processor power. Time to go shopping.
look at the alienwares.....they scream. but are pricey.
