i made one fuel run on the strip, then on my first nitrous pass one of my new custom made up-pipes blew..i was skeptical when i saw the flex but it let go when it went into 5th gear. still ran the 11.47 @ 121. for the trailer tow i had to run with ruptured up-pipe so it was all nitrous or nothing. i had rubber all down the side of the truck. they made me run first in the trailer tow so i didn't have time to patch the up-pipe..after the trailer tow the guys at industrial managed to final flat band clamp that we used to slow the leak down on the up-pipe but the crappy trailer tow moved me back a ways.
then the go on the dyno and pop the turbo on my first run....
i will say one thing tho..i figured the tranny would be the first thing to go, and it still works!... had it not been for the crappy up-pipe
oh well.....Joel has really bent over backwards to keep this thing running and the guys at industrial injection have been very gracious with their shop, employees, tools, you name it. for the first time of having met them in person they are truly a class act!
