thank you dustin for nothing you say you be their at 415 pm cal time but NO but you had no problem taking my money wonder if rob knows this stuff is going on sence you get all the call so you can anwser what you want an delete the others .all i want is the efi i paid for to use on my truck .

I do hope you know it takes some time to make tunes, not just cookie cutter stuff..
Can't take more than an hour to make a tune for stock engine truck if thats what he has I don't think.
Can someone please translate this for me?:confused:

If your confused about Dustin and Rob mentioned in the same post... Dustin is someone from DF that works at ATP now, not Dustin from DA. I know some people use first names alittle loosey being this is the internet and theres not just one person named that lol It can get confusing. I might be confused what your confused about though?

Here's the problem, Silverbullett purchased EFI Live with 5 tunes a few months back. Now he's ready to move forward and install EFI. He's loaded all the software updates, but still unable to download his stock tune. Glenn worked with Dustin yesterday, but the process wasn't successfull, and setup a time for today to hopefully complete the installation. He even called earlier in the day to setup a time for support. When he called at the agreed time, nobody answered the phone...I'm sure if you were in his shoes you would be upset as well. I live locally to Glenn and hopefully will be able to assist in the process this weekend.
 
The first thing you need to do is ensure you are running the latest software - V7 and V8, along with firmware. Given you've had the product for some time, everything you were shipped with will be out of date. We had a major software update in March, and 2 additional updates already in April.

Rather than navigate through the scan tool and tune tool manuals, you may find it easier to follow the download your tune instructions available in the Dodge Cummins Quick start guide. You will find this PDF document by clicking on your windows start button, then All Programs, then EFILive, then V8, then Documents. It will be listed there as Dodge Cummins Quick start.pdf. This was a much simpler document to get Cummins customers up and running quickly. The information in this document applies equally to Duramax.

While I appreciate you are not happy at this point of time with ATP, you will speed up the process if you can ensure your software/firmware matches the current release.

Had some issues with Atp aswell.Try to get my money back but had send my ecm and my autocal back..Which my truck is my daily driver and cant do.
Thinking of selling it.

Sorry you feel like this Glen, although seems a bit of a harsh post for 16 minutes after you try to call me. you 4:15 is after 5 here so im staying after work to try to help you. I spent 20 minutes with you 2 days ago on monday helping you figure out how to get to a website that would allow me to remotely use your computer to do it for you but you couldnt get to teamviewer.com so i just simply said give me a call back when you find to site and i could walk you through it. I had already left you a message this morning before i saw this thread about remotely accessing your computer today and getting you going.

if you would like to call i would be more than happy to help you again after hours like i did on monday bud :thumb:

And what issues did you have with us Hrlyguy2? you couldnt get the autocal setup to log on your computer with the instructions i was giving you so we had you send in the autocal so i can format it for you, took 2 minutes to do with the same instructions and sent it back to you. you were tuned and up and running right away. Im not sure what the problem was bud?

and i can 100% assure you Rob knows everything and that just simply isnt the case whatsever. with the call volume we are having it is hard to answer every call on time, i am on the phone for 12hrs everyday.
