Autocal was set in my computer fine.Just wouldnt record data.As I discussed with rob and you .Truck runs fine in stock.Run the tunes on it and it shifts like crap runs rough at times and still the black smoke.when I get on it it blacks out the street.Nothing been solved I am stuck with it ans run it stock.Been through it all too much

have you logged it and sent us a log? these tunes are on many many trucks with no problems. a log will tell us what is going on with your truck.
is your egr blocked? there is only so much we can do from here on the computer we cant control what goes on with the truck or how/what you do. we are loading your exact tunes in a truck right as i type to see whats going on. the truck is running perfect, no smoke, smooth, etc.
if you willing to help us get this fixed i have been willing to help since day one but i cant fix your truck from here without your help a little bit bud.
I deal with Atp. and im surprised about these comments.I never had any probs with them there tunes are awsome ,and so is there customer service,everytime i call dustin even if i dont leave a message he calls me back.As a matter of im waiting on max effort tunes but i understand the race/pulling seasons kicking in and there a little on the busy side. X2 on the "good things come to those who patiently wait".

Rob said he had issues tuning my truck off the get go.I got the tunes you sent me that you recommended.
ATP is top notch. Sure, a phone call may not be answered.
But, you won't find many shop owners call you back at 12:00
in the night to help with your tuning. Thats what rob did. MULTIPLE times.

IIRC the logs you were sending us wasnt in the correct format. Its hard for us to figure out a mechanical issue for 1000+ miles away because the tunes in your truck run perfect in others. even your tune in my built motor, dual fueler, big inj, twinned lbz ran just fine bud. If you would like to call i would be more than happy to help you all i can just like i have been doing, im not much into this internet back and forth thing. I do my best to make everyone happy and help them to the best of my abilities but there will always be that one truck/person out of thousands that just doesnt want to go the same direction.
Awesome customer service man, you guys keep up the great work dustin....sometimes it takes folks that are computer illiterate a little more time to catch on..and instead of doing all the research and reading like everyone else does...they just resort to internet bashing. Name of the game I guess...
I have nothing but good things to say about Rob and ATP. Everyone I come across that asks me about EFI Live I recomend ATP. Keep up the good work:thumb:

I have installed tunes from ATP in alot of trucks locally . I havent had one issue and the customer service is over the top .

If you're not happy then find a different tuner. Sounds like Dustin and the guys at ATP are more than willing to do what they can to help you and try to make you happy. If you feel you're not getting what you paid for then move on. The back and fourth forum chat wont get your truck running the way you want any faster... Send them logs, let them do their job and if it doesn't work out, part ways.. Sure you don't have any boost leaks? 100% that nothing is mechanically wrong that could be making it run like this on the bigger tuning? Go over everything just to make sure.. Hope you guys get this worked out.
