I am amazed by this thread, because I've dealt with both Dustin and Rob at ATP a lot and they always have impeccable customer service. Dustin is more then happy to help everybody out working through issues that aren't related in anyways to their product.
I've personally ran multiple tunes from ATP on my truck and have driven/ridden in multiple trucks with their tunes. I recommend them to all my friends and none of my friends have had a bad thing to say about ATP. They've all been happy with tuning and customer service as they are top notch.
Dustin has answered questions for me on weekends, Sundays, Holidays, during business hours, after hours, 1:00AM, etc... I don't know what more you can ask from someone, do you guys work 24hrs a day?
I'd also like to add I don't think the thread / posts were warranted, your time would have probably been better spent contacting Dustin or Rob directly to resolve your issues.
As stated Dustin does deal with the majority of phone calls coming through, which means he may not be immediately available to answer your call on the first ring. When a company has the number of happy customers that they do, it's no surprise that it sometimes takes him a few minutes to get back to you.
Next time, instead of starting a bashing thread I would recommend resolving the issue and then evaluating the situation completely.
Also FWIW HrlyGuy82, I have a few friends with LBZs all running Rob's tunes without any of the issues you've mentioned.
