Had my diesel mechanic look over everything.And he A dodge with duramax tuner.His doesent even smoke as much as mine..No boost leak .
Injectors good .
My promblems started when I bought the autocal last November.Then my second autocal had issuses.
I never bad mouth any one..
Dustin asked my promblem which he knew.Or for got and I told him again.
Like he said one truck or person.
Since Dustin asked me what the issue was I was not bashing anyone.
He sent me my autocal back the 2nd time never called me and said nothing.But puts it on a forum

You might want to put that the autocal did not work well with your truck and you think its the tuning on your ad. Its not fare to another member if you think its the problem.

This is ridiculous if you want to get your problem figured out feel free to give me a call and ill do everything i can to get it going just like i do with our other 8000+ happy tuning customers. If not send back your ECM and autocal and i will refund you fully.

i dont like the forum back and forth stuff, i dont see why people feel the need to overly express theirselves on here when they havent put forth the full effort to make it right (not talking about you Hrlyguy7 you "were" trying like i was). If you want to figure out something or have a problem im by my phone all day and i feel more will be accomplish via phone verse this forum thing, especially since i dont get on DD much at all.

I agree. Never heard any complaints tell now about your tunes. I personally think he has something else going on with his motor. But we all see that your still trying to help and giving customer service after hours. :thumb:

Great customer service from ATP. Me and Dustin played phone tag all day yesterday... I never left a message yet he still called me back every time. I'm going to give you a call tomorrow again Dustin.

I am amazed by this thread, because I've dealt with both Dustin and Rob at ATP a lot and they always have impeccable customer service. Dustin is more then happy to help everybody out working through issues that aren't related in anyways to their product.

I've personally ran multiple tunes from ATP on my truck and have driven/ridden in multiple trucks with their tunes. I recommend them to all my friends and none of my friends have had a bad thing to say about ATP. They've all been happy with tuning and customer service as they are top notch.

Dustin has answered questions for me on weekends, Sundays, Holidays, during business hours, after hours, 1:00AM, etc... I don't know what more you can ask from someone, do you guys work 24hrs a day?

I'd also like to add I don't think the thread / posts were warranted, your time would have probably been better spent contacting Dustin or Rob directly to resolve your issues.

As stated Dustin does deal with the majority of phone calls coming through, which means he may not be immediately available to answer your call on the first ring. When a company has the number of happy customers that they do, it's no surprise that it sometimes takes him a few minutes to get back to you.

Next time, instead of starting a bashing thread I would recommend resolving the issue and then evaluating the situation completely.

Also FWIW HrlyGuy82, I have a few friends with LBZs all running Rob's tunes without any of the issues you've mentioned.

Sounds like a happy customer to me? Tuning is not easy, there are a select few that through determination and dedication comitted lots of time and energy towards being the best they could be at it. There doing things with our trucks that are dificult and they risked blowing there own trucks op testing the tunes we buy without worries. Some say its not rocket science, in my eyes its not far off. Give Dustin a break it appears he's trying to do what he can to make you happy.

I am completely convinced that he has other issues with his truck and it's just easier to blame the tuner than to find the real problem. I know this first hand because I currently have issues going on with my truck that one could say we're tuning issues . In fact I won't lie the thought was put in my mind that it was tuning , after further investigating , low and behold I have found the problem . And it's on me !! ATP is and will always be one of the best all around tuners you will find anywhere . The customer service and attention to detail to help the customer get threw the installs is second to none . Even when the problem is with your truck Rob , Monte, and Dustin all go way above what would normally be expected to
get your truck where it needs to be . All you have to do is be patient and help them help you . When all is said and done , it will be the best driving experience you ever had period !!!! Okay down off my soap box lol

Wrong. Your thread is slamming a company that is going out there way to help you, even after hours. You shouldn't of started the thread so early. But you did, and we are making sure people know that ATP is a outstanding company. But, I have been on both sides of things before. Maybe you fell through the cracks? Sure. I'm confident you WILL get taken care of.
