Good luck! Pretty intrested in this for future referance like if i win the Lotto or rob a bank or somthing:rofl:

Hmmm wonder how close is common rail getting to match the injection quantity of the nasty mechanical pumps. Im kinda surprised that the CP3.4's havent been in the limelight more. Gonna guess cost and availibilty are a big hinderance though:eek:

WICKED DIESELS

you need more fuel
is the pump modded or stock form. what is the pn#?

I had that pump at the shop, when I did Kusileks new pumps, he wanted to see if it would be feasible to get any more out of it. I didn't pursue it because our stroker is rougly the same size, and that pump is a CP3.4L, which means it is designed to turn backward from how it is being driven, counter clock wise. It will eventually break from being driven backward, as the tappet runs off of the edge of the polygon on the pressure stroke, when going the wrong direction.

On a side note there is a fuel lubricated version that is a R version, and doesn't need the additional plumbing, it also the enhanced version that is a little larger.

Why say that? because your spining it backwords?
I should have used the  in my post
I'm spinning it the same way Wes did & II told me to
The bracket is off of Wes's truck & it was mounted in the A/C position. It is plumbed exactly as they had. Doesn't EVERY mechanical part break at some point anyway :D

If you really had to you could reverse the rotation with a longer belt and adding a idler pulley next to the pump. would also need to remove the ribs in the pump pulley since the back side of the belt would drive it.

Please don't take this with any attitude towards you:
I had planned on that originally but after my research I opted this way & I'll post up when it breaks
