Just go to radio shack and get you two switches and some wire and you can build your own lockup switch. I do like how we are able to do it in tuning now but it doesn't seem reliable yet like a lockup switch

it works fine, just cause your not doing something right in the tune doesnt mean its not "reliable" ;). the switches also cause codes to come up and can burn out the solenoid down the road

There is only three tables... One is enable/disable, other two are TCC slip... I'm pretty sure I can't screw that up. Maybe I just have to much POWA that it won't work through the tuning. Haha

There's only three NEW tables with this update but there's a dozen or more tables that control TCC lock. After you disable the TCC slip inhibited lock you still have to correctly tune it to lock when desired. Just like all tuning it usually takes a few attempts to get the controller to do what you want it to. Trail & error before success.

yup. and if it locks my 800hp 7800lbs truck every time, it will do the same for high hp, lower weight trucks.

All I did was disable it. Seems to works just dandy in my truck. But now you have me thinking....I may want to go back in and tweak it too see if im missing out on anymore awesomeness.

I went to the track tonight. Using the new tcm tune vs the bt lockup box. It was hot so im sure this screwed up the results but the first run of the day with no lock up box was the fastest pass i made all day. Next fastest run was with the lockup box. I ran 1/10th faster with the tcm tune than with the lock box.

Come over and we will go for a ride lol
I call big spoon :woott:

Are you part of ADC on Facebook? Going to the meet Saturday night?

Are most of you just disabling the TCC slip inhibit and tweaking the apply tables, or are you keeping slip inhibit enabled and tweaking that?
