For sure! Paying for the other stuff is alot easier here and there compared to right after a motor build

Im doing it all at once lol. Ordered cam a few weeks ago it was a month out and my Pistons ordered before Christmas still haven't showed up

Looks like one of the cylinder dropped a valve. Not sure if it was like this when running. Sometimes when I would pressure test the boost system, air would come out the exhaust. (Idk if that is normal)

Motor is getting rebuilt as we speak.

Build will be:
Forged 15:5 Cp Pistons
Carillo rods
Socal AF cam
Pushrods
Arp headstuds
Billet mains
Dowel pin main caps
Half filled
Clevite H bearings

Then before the season, hopefully get a set of good heads, flywheel, and girdle.

Ended up getting a wagler cam instead, as well as their extreme series springs and titanium retainers.

Looks like the truck won't be ready for another week or so. In the meantime, I think I'll be going to the ATS's let it roll dyno day. There is a class with a $500 buy in for 10 trucks, winner takes all. Would be awesome to watch, as well as compete in the single class.

I've been thinking of refreshing the trans before, maybe only bumping my line pressure up a bit to help hold until I have the time for a full rebuild with billet internals.

In the meantime I'm sticking with my current setup, s475/83/.90 and 40% Injectors will be my limiting factor. I think for the dyno I'm going to run a 2750us tune. The turbo don't like it and I'm sure it will be hot but I'm not worried for a quick dyno pull.

Sorry for the sarcasm, but if I ever paint blocks black the oil gets 2oz shot of oil dye per 6 quarts. I have multiple lights that can check for leaks with the dye and usually after break in I have customers bring them back just to double check. Of course no one plans on leaks but I would rather find them in 500 miles than a customer find them in 5,000. It's definitly not just an assembly issue. Parts fail as well. Best of luck on your engine though.
