Doing something similar with my returns!

What about the cp3 return? Noticed you have a y block and return for each bank..

The cp3's will go 3/8 to Y block and then 1/2" through a cooler, then to the tank. Injector returns will be the same but a different line and cooler.

Ahh gotcha. I was just gonna grab a hydraulic manifold with 4-5 1/2npt ports and use that. I like the seperate return idea however:thumb:

I was going to to that however I couldn't find a hydraulic manifold with two 1/2" returns on the same side. I was also told to run the return lines separate due to the high return rates.

That's a possibility. I only have a single stock pump so one should do the trick for me.

Here's where I'll source mine. Or locals at Grainger.

That was what I was going to originally go with until I saw that if I wanted two return lines then it would mean they have to come out each end of the block, which wouldn't have looked good in my engine bay IMO.

I don't mean any offense Dave. It was about three years ago at weekend on the edge. I do believe it was your truck and I thought Trent said it was an II 85% that died.

Probably very few pumps blow up on the dyno, I thought it could have been mine. That pump was a 12mm stroker by FloorIt Diesel. It was only 3 months!! old.......completely ruined.

New 76mm SXE charger :) Thanks to Jacob at HTT for helping me out! Swapped the standard cover out for the race cover so it would fit my kit.

Update. Races are this Friday, swapped in a 1053-2 converter and it is a world of difference. Stepping up from the 76mm to an 80mm tomorrow as well. Installing my drive pressure gauge tonight too
