She’s about done! Got a long crank issue when starting (may be the fact the second cp3 isn’t hooked up but it’s plumbed), gotta top off coolant, trans fluid and recharge a/c, then go hammer down! My buddy Jon was in town from Michigan so he stopped by to lend and hand and hang out, then my buddy peter stopped by to see him as well. Hence the gray haired wonder photo bombing lol

Now if Wade would quit playing around with tiny coolant parts so I can get that second cp3 spinning :D

Thanks guys and very much so mike! Should we see how far the stock internal shafts last when I start playing with bigger power?? :D :D

Btw, if you don’t put the ground for the tcm in the right spot, you spend an hour chasing your tail because efi live won’t find the computers and it won’t crank. It blows the ecm fuse that my air dog switched power covers and I missed when checking all fuses lmao

Maiden voyage went well. No bad noises, 55psi I’d boost, 3600rpm, and all temps stayed nice and low. Oil pressure is definitely higher with the melling pump and 20w 50. Idles at 35psi with the truck hot (190* coolant). Very nice. Tune will need some tweaking but I’m going to wait till the second cp3 is runnin. Haze free at idle with these “hazy smokey oval bowl pistons”

It was from me pulling all the tcm pins out to swap to new plastic clip/plugs. I put the second ground on the clear plug in pin #4 instead of #5.

If he never touched the pins, I doubt it’s his issue. I would definitely double check the main ecm/tcm ground on the block, pass side. That one will play havoc

Had a battery suddenly die. Was playing with pilot timing/fueling to get the rattle to go away and on the third flash after it finished, I killed the ignition and shit started going wonky. Bcm was clicking, dash lights doing weird shit, so on. Thought I killed the ecm. Checked over a whole bunch of crap and then put a vilt meter to the batt with it disconnected. 12.5 volts. Ok, must be good. Hook it back up and start testing fuses. Only had a volt meter so I test the main ones and they all are at 6 volts. Wtf?. Ok, has to be the battery. Change it out (still under 3 year free replacement warranty, had 2 weeks left ) and started right up. Not gunna lie, thought I screwed something while flashing and bricked some computers lol.

Running one battery, it’s literally every 3 years within a couple months, I need a new one. Least this was within warranty :D
