Have to get a pic with the trucks in there but we had a down pour shortly after this pic lol

Limo is tall enough the rear bumper fits over the quad and I have 12.5 from front bumper to garage door and 2-3” to the back work bench. Just enough for the 10” longer 2020 . I’m going to build a mostly enclosed carport for the limo at the back of my side yard with an over hang to the side for my lawn mower/Brooklyn’s quad/other junk.

Wow. That’s a well thought out layout on that. Lol

Do you guys still plan on moving or not? I thought you mentioned something about building

id love to move but not till the market drops. Plus we are currently in progress of me possible buying out the rest of our company from my partners (my parents lol). We have to figure out different avenues and what works for us 3, so that has me on hold for a new place till thats figured out.

I dont know if id build a house or just pick a place up already done. Watched my parents go through 2 different builds, each has had significant headaches but buying an older house has its issues too. Wish az would let me buy my neighbors house thats for sale right now and combine property lines but that seems to be frowned upon in subdivisions (hence the term :roflmao::roflmao:). id have one heck of a shop in that house if i could!

James, I’d build and will build in the future and I think you should too. Wanting a garage like my buddys pictured below. Looking for about 3 acres in north Scottsdale for a nice build like this one.

I'd buy first. If you can't find something you like, then maybe build new. So much headache IMO deciding on every little aspect of your house, and chances are there's something you'd change anyway.

Nice work organizing what you have, but I couldn't do that. I'd get pissed every time I'd have to move 4 things just to rotate tires LOL

You guys think playing with diesels is expensive? The silver DCB in that garage has twin Mercury Racing 1350HP engines that after about 120 hours have to be pulled out and sent back to Mercury for a rebuild. Each engine costs $50,000 to rebuild. For an avid boater, that could mean $100,000 in rebuilds every 2 years or so.

To show how ridiculous that is, I can go out and buy an entire fully built LML crate motor with all the tricks in the bag for ~$25,000??? Off the charts stupid but i guess if you can pay $1.4M for a new DCB you can afford the rebuilds.

The owner of my company had a big twin haul boat I think it was called with twin sterling engines. Shit is stupid how much they cost.

Thats the low end prep for a trophy truck getting ready for the 1000. Generally they are about 150-175k for a full strip down/inspection/rebuild before a big race. course that includes engine refresh, trans, and rear end rebuilds. They are cresting over 1.1m these days with the new tech going into them, spares, and so on. The big guys are retarded in the amount of money they have in just trailers, trucks, pit support, tools, parts and so on. BFG will even rent out their trailer with a fricken full machine shop inside.

one day ill race the 1000 in either a 7200 truck, spec TT or full on trophy truck. Just gotta find a rental :roflmao: :D

Downey was great in that movie. BTW, I wish I had those kinds of "problems".......

honestly it depends. you would be surprised at the bs that can come with it. I dont make a ton of money, im actually pretty average income for out here. years down the road, that will change when the business is paid off and so on but wont ever change who i am. We were raised humble and i plan to stay that way as well as raise my kids the same.

400 miles on the engine and changed the oil. Damn near nothing in the oil filter when cut open and oil still looked great. Only burned a half quart as well. Consistently holds 65-70psi running down the road at 1800rpm and idle is 35psi. Did a boost leak check and found some leaky boots. Topped off all the fluids and ready to hook up the flat bed/tracker for Saturday mornin.
