I got my second updated box and its still having the same problems as it once has. I even had a second shop verify my wiring as per the instructions and this box flat doesn't work. I'm to the point where I want my $ back. Just haven't drafted my email. :-(

I was doing well, but ran into some problems in the last month or so and things started to slide and snowball out of control. I dont have any excuse, I got overwhelmed and in over my head with orders.
Another thing that is difficult is when people dont send me back their "broken" lockup controllers. 9 times out of 10 when people cant get their lockup controller to work properly, its because of a wiring issue or installation error. Im not saying ive never had a failed module, thats not true at all. But when people have returned "broken" lockup controllers, I plug them into my truck and they work just fine.

I normally stay out of things like this but how does offering a free box solve the issue of not being able to keep up with demand? Or the issue of zero communication for periods of time? If anything it seems counterproductive beyond being a diversion to the real issues expressed in the thread.

Anyone paying attention to the last three months on this board knows this is a mess to say the least. Kudos to Ben for stepping up and owning it but the free box thing seems like a mess waiting to happen for multiple reasons. Levi, time for you to put on a clinic for customer service and prompt service!
