I honestly don't know. I have never seen here not covered in 100lbs of random junk. Even if she was decent looking, I think I would use a Hazmat rubber and suit if I had to take one for the team.
Ok I havent been on since Friday guys, ive gotten back to a lot of people but let me go back through this thread and see who still has to be done to make things right with everyone.

I am willing to send anyone who wants to try a lockup controller one FOR FREE. If you like it, pay me. Otherwise, return it. The one requirement for this deal is that you have to be a regular member on the forum here...not someone who just signed up last week with 3 posts. Ill run this deal for a week
I was doing well, but ran into some problems in the last month or so and things started to slide and snowball out of control. I dont have any excuse, I got overwhelmed and in over my head with orders.
Another thing that is difficult is when people dont send me back their "broken" lockup controllers. 9 times out of 10 when people cant get their lockup controller to work properly, its because of a wiring issue or installation error. Im not saying ive never had a failed module, thats not true at all. But when people have returned "broken" lockup controllers, I plug them into my truck and they work just fine.
If there is anyone who I have not yet gotten back to or made right, please PM me or email me at [email protected]

Justin, I sent you an email...I never heard back from you after I sent the second box so I just assumed everything was fine?
I really need the old box back. I cant help anyone if I dont know what is causing the issues in the first place.

That's fine with me, I seem to have the most ha.
Everybody hits a rough spot. Happens a lot in the diesel performance industry. The guys ambitious enough to make a good product get into it and eventually end up overwhelmed and want to do something else with life, or want to have a life, or just get burnt out. Sometimes one little thing comes along and you have to sacrifice one way or the other. Many people ask why I didn't start my own shop, I said I didn't want the hassle. I look back now and I'd be in the same boat, burnt out and sick of it. I don't mind doing the little work I do now, but have moved onto other things in my life.
Hopefully you can get things straightened out, good luck. Fiance' informed me she wished I had the truck together because she likes being in the shop then and going to pulls, plus she wants to pull I guess. After the wedding she's encouraging me to get it together for next year. May need one of your boxes then, but I'm not planning on big power for now. I'll probably need a hand due to the electrical mess that truck is and will be texting you then.
Good Luck Ben, if you want to quit thats okay, just take care of the honest guys before you do. I realize you can't make every customer happy.

I normally stay out of things like this but how does offering a free box solve the issue of not being able to keep up with demand? Or the issue of zero communication for periods of time? If anything it seems counterproductive beyond being a diversion to the real issues expressed in the thread.

Anyone paying attention to the last three months on this board knows this is a mess to say the least. Kudos to Ben for stepping up and owning it but the free box thing seems like a mess waiting to happen for multiple reasons. Levi, time for you to put on a clinic for customer service and prompt service!
