Those look like stock C1's (What's left of them ); Didn't you have a SCIII?
They shouldn't be stock C1's. The company used red eagle clutches which are equivalent to SC Stage III set up. That's what they told me anyways.
The C1's have fiction pads on both sides.
This is a perfect example of why you should due stuff yourself or give it to Mike, a true transmission specialist.
Due I have to compress the C1 Clutch Housing to remove the C1 clutch housing snap ring?

I would be asking for a refund
Yeah! I am trying to decide the best way to approach this with these guys.
throw the clutches on the counter @ there shop and ask what brand they are ? let there answer determine your path . if they say stock tear into them for putting them in there , if they say alto tear into them for being idiots seems quite simple to me ......
the transgo jr will have balls and springs in the trim valves . if there arent balls and springs in the end of the valves then you didnt get it installed .How can I tell if the transgo JR was installed?

on edit :you should have 2 holes drilled out on the valve body spacer plate also would need instuctions to verify wich holes
I hate to hear about folks not getting what the shop said they installed. Happened to my uncles 'vette. Told him they did a full motor build, but it was still slow. He took it apart and found the entire factory bottom end and valvetrain. All they did was change the cam and carb.
Hopefully they make everything right for ya.

Which trim valve? I see tiny springs on the end of Trim A and Trim B Valve, but no balls. I was very careful at disassembling this thing. I didn't notice anything come rolling out. Also a large spring came out of trim solenoid A or B. I am not for sure which one. Any ideas?
they are the 2 on the far right looking at the side of the valve body all of the soliniods are on , i think it is a and b .... the balls are behind the springs inside the trim valves the springs hold the balls in.
check in side the trim valves for the balls
Yeah, they are not there. The plate has been drilled in the correct locations. There are tiny little springs installed on the end of solenoid A and B, but no balls. What about this large spring that I found? It looks like it goes around the trim gain valve. The ATSG manual doesn't show it anywhere.
