Should have checked this when the engine/trans was on the floor. Or at minimum before I sat the cab back on..
Good news it's frozen in 2wd, bad news it's frozen in 2wd.. it cycled before I tore everything down.
Nice it's a mechanical, I'd probably be really annoyed stripped encoders out

Also seams Magna MP1226XHD RPO NQG isn't common

Soak it down with penetrating oil. I like KROIL oil, the oil that kreeps. Haha Or just mix up some acetone and trans fluid.
Seams no one local to me stocks kroil But everyone will order it. 🙄

Looks like I'll have to replace the abs pump module as well. Good thing everything is fresh 🤣

Chasing a few leaks as well. Think mainly brake fluid.

Adam, try a gun shop or local AC shop for the Kroil. I have seen it in both of those places before.

Long road so far and still to go, but she does look good.

I'll call around to a some local.

Woke up this morning there's a puddle of brake fluid under the ABS module
Not thrilled but not unexpected.

Got a leak by the front DS tire, not sure if it's washer fluid or brake fluid yet.

Thanks for the offer Jesse.

From what I've found the manual t-case is magna NP1226? That sound right

This is great news🙄
Got the other side,
1 of the 4 bolts holding the module came out,
Hopefully I can get it apart without destroying it

Edit
Got it off with our destroying it too much

Reflared the line... It's better but not right, think I'm bottoming out the short nut
found, what appears to be longer version. They should be here Tuesday.
I've got the originals, but I don't think they're strong enough to tighten without stripping/rounding off.
Picked up a B&W turn over ball GN hitch and installed it

Haven't messed with the tcase shifter yet.

When rust holes moonlight as access holes🫣🤣
Found rear MC line was leaking as well but only with engine on..
Not a inverted flare but but seams to be holding for the longer nuts
