Doing good until last hole... It will work... Fix it later.. dam human. I should know better than do stuff like that with fatigued... Think I'll wait to break out the P-grinder and carbine bitts to enlarge the holes for the gauges until I get some sleep

Looking good Adam! I will say that you have proven to have the most motivation on this site. I have watched you rebuild several engines and now you have built your own custom pull rigg. I have a great amount of respect for you...:)

If anyone ask tell them you put it that way so you can see it when you drive.

While it would be nice to have all of the parts custom machined or CNC cut, sometimes its what you have time for and can afford. For those that do not like it, tell them to do a better job themselves.

The way I see it, you have more invested in the last 2 years rebuilding engines than most people have behind the keyboard trashing your work. Right now, I am quite impressed by the motivation and drive you have in keeping the previous truck going while working on this one, then when it finally took out the block you dove into the FL with everything you have. I applaud your self motivation as most people would have thrown in the towel and just picked up the keys to someone else's rig and started driving. If I had access to the tools you needed to make that dash, I would cut you one and send it up. I am certain after 50-100k miles you will find a layout you want over what you currently have laid out.

Heck if they all work that’s better than half the trucks I drive. Even some of the new trucks.....

I love the Phantom2 gauges in mine, awesome at night. Don't think I'll ever go back to an incandescent bulb gauge again.

That arrangement doesn't look bad at all.

Sweet. Throw some good rubber on it, update he tags if out, and hook to something heavy.
I always enjoy seeing what you have going on with it. Be glad to see it finally hooked to a load as I have watched several of your builds and always enjoy what you are up to.

By chance, did you pinch the line or over pressure it on the bench? Don't forget to check to see if something is covering the inlet sending unit or gauge.

it wont go back to 0 once pressure is relieved..

isspro speedo is heading back to Oregon.. its doesn't even turn on and rattles as you roll it around.. someone didn't fully soder something..
pulling the 3 3/8 gauge out the Malibu happens to be a 160mph gauge unitl isspro gets me a new one.... they go full strength again Monday.

been working backside of the dash, getting all the lights on the truck working
c
calling up auto meter Monday see what they can do with the boost gauge

Got dash in, tank sending units wired, lift pump relay properly mounted, manual control of the fan Clutch done,

Went up an Down my driveway.. ~1/2 mile long got it up to 55ish fairly easily.. haven't put AFC live on it yet.. truck does 12psi of boost and 650° egt with stock fueling..
Think I got room to work with it..

Let it idle for a bit... It decided to left me know I fogot to tighten the lower radiator hose clamp...by putting 4-5gallons of coolant on the ground..
