Turbo should be in next week.. SXE 362/68 waste gated t4 housing.. with hx40 flange.. PDD guys did ~550 on a 5.9.. should not have problems getting ~450 with 8.3..
Got offered some 5*.014 8.3 injectors get those coming as well.

Stock charger is a H1C 57/83 comp wheel idk the turbine spec yet.. I'm going to a 61.5/88? Wheel with bigger 76/69 turbine That's in the S362sxe charger.. it flows more than the GT4088R I have on my LMM.
Ordered new air bags for the rear,
Turbo should be in 5th,
Rear differential is assembled need fluid, 5gals on 75/90 synthetic gear 178.00 for 20qts just under $9.00qt
Got 5gal on 50w synthetic for the trans
Should have the 8.3 evicted from the donor truck tomorrow, down to mounts, clutch linkage, driveshaft shifter
Need to figure out where to mount rear side of the block

Somewhat successful weekend
Still need to swap trans, get new clutch, turbo, fix couple things, convert to -8/-6 supply/return lines, delete OEM fuel filter, check lash, AFC adjustment, pump timing, Delivery valves, injectors, and maybes some paint before it gets too cold

Making progress.. got alot of stuff arriving tomorrow, got the air compressor bracket replaced, studs removed turbo needs 1" spacer, so comp housing can clear the exhaust manifold. Completely redoing fuel supply system an -8/-6 lines, duplicating filter setup on.my lmm with 24770 bases and bf7587/bf1259 filters, looking hard at a fuel lab 40401, p7100 needs ~30-35psi, replacing the over flow valve with one from tool tech.
Redoing air compressor cooling lines with push lock hose, new oil supply line, the air supply I'm not sure yet, but it's rusted steel line too..
Got 5*.014 injectors coming,
s362sxe turbo is already here as fixed waste gated actuator set at 38psi, thinking about swapping for the adjustable on... Really don't want to over speed it.

Replumbed the air lines. one line had 5/6 butt splices in it... The rear brake line has 3 unions in it..that's tomorrows project..
Kinda want to mount the tank inside the frame.. not sure how that will work with driveshaft routing.
Thinking I should have gotten a bigger manifold...
Axle suspension/dump
Cab air ride,
Inside cab controls
Need to plumb suspension load gauges line still..
And couple ports left for range and splitter control on the transmission
Plus several ports on tank left I can use

Got these installed and rear main line ran..
1/4" hard line flex is 1/8"... :Doh:
Be upping at least the rear line to 1/4" most like both..
Need to replumb frame cross over line on the front axle.. alot of cripped bends in it..
Flex line will be SS from fragola, seams they're only ones that make DOT rated -4 lines

Got a pair of 225/70/19.5 mounted and rear suspension sitting on tires..

Got all the slip frame spacers off.. getting alot of the bolts swapped out and tightened down..

Since the LMM decided to retire itself early....
All in on the mutt
Engine/trans in bolted down, driveshaft measure 74.5" 1710 half round
Finishing up rear brake lines..
Get steel for GN ball mount
Fuel lines and filters lift pump
Electrical for rear of the truck and trailer plug
Make sure brake calipers are free to slide
Air solenoid for fan clutch
Already got new shocks
Major coolant hoses
Fix couple air leaks
Inside
Dash
Heater fan
back lighting
Make sure all electrical accessories work,
