Mine was set at 13-14 and sucked down to 7-8 when it was working. I'd say you'd have the supply fuel from it with that idle setting

in park i commanded 180mPa and the pump held almost 13psi? I assume i need to drive the truck to get an accurate reading?
Yes, jsut like my actual would follow the commanded perfectly in park but when its got load on it falls way short of the command from the cp3
yes, you are commanding the pressure but not commanding he flow to draw down the pump
WOT run... went from 13psi down the 4 psi then once in 3rd gear it rebounded to around 11psi. Lift pump has been ruled out
Typically, MPH is considered a good indication of HP. Judging by your trap speed, you have the horsepower to run an 11. I think you have something else going on that is slowing you down. What are your shift points set at? Are you having long drawn out shifts? I know it has been asked, but are you sure your converter is locking when you want it to? If you haven't already, maybe try logging converter slip just to be sure.
One thing that is strange is 1/8th mile and 1/4 mile MPH don't add up I'm gonna do return test tonight. See what happens

I agree with Josh. I think you have something else going on. My truck(stock motor) will run high 7.70's 1/8 without nos but at 86 best. It only runs 12.40's 1/4 at a best 106. You have the power your just not using it. Jeff

have you checked it lately?
i was pretty sure your cp3 held better rail before? if its not holding then i would drop pw.
also converter lock up will change with hp.it is worth checking nick

Nick, rule out the lift pump and do another bottle test. If all is good, I'd drop PW like slim said and see what happens.
