    Check the bleeder on the filter housing for leaks. air leaks. have seen many leak creating air. and check the oring as well.

    what low pressure fuel system is on it? i have SEEN countless trucks with the fuel lines at the rubber bends suck shut causeing a high vaccum reading at the test port. this situation causes all sorts of unexplained ecu/ficm reactions. youll have to take the plastic conduit off the lines to see...

    want to put just a little sub in the truck 02 crewcab. rear 60 40. dont want to lose any folding ability in rear seats since i hunt ALOT and like to fold the seats for all my shit. any thoughts?????????????

    got her started last night runs great. and no more white smoke.........:D had to take .006 of the heads cuz the last JACKASS to have these heads off took a diegrinder sanding disk to the head. and the cylinder that had the leak neede some work.New valves and springs seals............ balance...

    i have built a good number of these trannys............is there any sign of "counter "wieghts on the conv. ? Any front pump leaks>? if so check the input shaft for runout. does the truck do it while in first ................reverse ...............third? ive seen shafts bend in these 80's...
