    Don't forget to get a rotobroach set like I posted earlier. You won't be disappointed. With a new bit I can drill all 8 holes in the frame in about 2 minutes. I can get you the measurements for the install if you want. Just need to know if it's a 4 or 10 bolt install for the rails

    Do those intake heaters actually help with cold starts or were they just an emissions thing? My LLY lived in North Dakota for a couple years & never had a problem starting even when I didn't plug it in.

    Just buy a universal rail setup. And buy a set of these to cut your holes in the frame, http://www.blairequipment.com/Rotabroach_Cutters/rota_cutters.html I install a lot of hitches at work & these things cut through the frame like butter. Drill the holes in the bed at least a 1/16th larger...

    I did a race plug, didn't want to mess with it again just in case I jacked up the shim install. Either way it's kinda a pain to do. Not horrible but plan on bloody knuckles. The bolts for the glow plug module bracket are tricky to get to & the valve is usually really tight in the rail. A 3/8...

    On a tune with a rumble idle mine sits at 57-58%. Stock idle is 87-88% My turbo has been acting up so not sure if it's a good comparison
