    We mod to race and we know what we do is not beneficial to our environment. When a global company like VW does it as large sales numbers and profits it hurts everyone and puts more spotlight on us little guys not doing big numbers or huge profits.

    Creating a venturi/ vacuum effect where you tie crank case into exhaust pipe similar to how a sand blaster drawes sand through the airstream might be necessary.

    Air its not bled out fully or more likely it is getting in from somewhere. Bleed screw, connectors from plastic fuel lines to engine metal lines, etc.

    Exactly BMC. Take Full Load Current(FLC) and duty cycle into account if doing this. A long loop of steel line in the return can help rid some thermal energy too.

    Coolant temp, fuel temp, trans temp. These affect mileage.
