    U'll need a CP3 and I'd do 45% Inj as well. They'll make a really easy 600 with a very mild tune.

    Schaeffer's is one of the best. The higher the quality of oil, the better the cold and hot weather margins...they expand together.

    Make sure whatever you use has Molly in it. Schaeffer's I know does. I'd recommend the Schaeffer's Supreme Full Synthetic 9000 5w-40. The lower grade oils like Rotella T etc. are ok on stock engines, but I haven't been to impressed with the protection it gives a high performance engine. For...

    Lol No Problem. One more thing I thought about. I normally apply Mystic Grease to the O-Rings. Makes them slide into the head much easier.

    I can't say why JD has the bowl off to the side, but that engine was most likely mechanically injected. John Deere's Piston and engine designs didn't change much between 1961 and 2007. The Injectors were angled into the head sort of like a 12v.

    Um no but I was trying to dial in my speedo to no avail. It's always about 4 MPH off. When I was doing that I did not change my rear ratio. I was changing pulses per km I think.

    Not sure what's annoying about it. I personally am not a VGT fan and hate the hiss sound. On my LLY I had every tune LB7 Rumble, but u still couldn't get away from the annoying VGT squeal at WOT. Its especially obvious with 5" strait ex.
