    Beans or fass sump?

    The GM part # for the fuel level sender is 89060639. I have used both the Fass and Bean's Sumps...The Bean's is definitely the most user friendly. One hole and you are done!:D Fass uses 9 holes.:rolleyes:

    Heads are lifting...what are my options?

    I came to the same conclusion on my Cummins. They cracked twice after 15k mi and plenty of 2000* runs. Planed my head, deck and pistons then 0-ringed both. Haven't had the head off in the last 40k mi. :thumb:

    I've only ever used HP once for a buddies Cobalt SS. So all I would need is the Newest Beta Software right? I have the VCM Suite or Access Port or whatever its called. Its sitting in some drawer gathering dust. I might be glad I got it after all. It was swell for that Cobalt, but I don't tune...

    Sweet! Smarty's UDC software can be a pain. Hope this is easier to work with! Just wish EFI Live would support those early common rail 5.9s...lol

    It won't load the engine hard enough to spool the turbos. Some people have seen 100hp gain goin from 4th to 5th. Not saying you would though. It may just be the dyno or the people that are running it Lol. I have a buddy that tuned an LBZ w/ S366 and stock fuel other than lift pump, on his own...

    Who's tuning u running? cz A customers LLY w/ a GT37 (stock everything else ex for lift pump and trans) dynowed 538/1100 on Antrim's Dyno...Danville tuned...never mind I see its in your signature.

    U data log it?? Your CP3 must be weak. Quite a few stock trucks make that Lol. Maybe they weren't running it in O/D??
