I took mine through a couple weeks ago running a 500hp tune and passed. Granted my truck didn't come with a cat or an egr. I've also had it tested twice in the past with no muffler.
I have a 4" intake on my truck and it needs new boots and the tube is rusting. I'm thinking of getting a new 5" intake. Am I gonna need to get the truck retuned for the 5" intake? How will it run if I don't?
Don't forget about the rear bumper. Truck will look better with matching bumpers. I painted both of mine and it looked real good. I used w/t bumpers because they weren't chrome. I have since switched to an ss front cover and roll pan.
I've heard that for a diesel you should buy a cooler rated for at least twice the HP you are running. Is this true?
Also the one I found that would fit where I want has 4" inlet/outlet. Would it be ok to run 3" intercooler tubes to and from the cooler with the proper reducers?

Looking for the best dual fueler setup for an lb7. I'm not looking for the most fuel as I will be running 2 stock cp3s for now but rather the best belt alignment, lines, hoses, connections, controller. Things like that.
