    Installed LED drl's, led switchback front turn signals, led amber 194 front turn signals, led red 194 rear signals, LEDs red brake and turn signals, a new led reverse lights. Installed resistors on the rear turn signals. A couple weeks ago I installed an led flasher and LEDs all the way around...

    No problem James. I have looked around and the link I posted it the cheapest place to get them. About $150 for both sides shipped.

    Here you go James. All the aftermarket cv boots are soft neoprene... GM's are better...

    Installed 2 new cv's from Oreillys, new led drl's, and adjusted the rear shackles 1/2 inch lower. Drove the truck to open the thermostats and refilled the coolant tank. I know I will have to top off the tank for a couple more days. Going to replace the boots on the oem cv's with gm boots later on.

    Just spend the money on the proper plug. If you go the cheap route you will usually spend the money again on the better part later....

    That sucks man. Wonder what happened? Could you pull the trans and take it to him? Do you have a means to flush the coolers at home if you did that?

    To the op. These are the guys you want to listen to. As for trans builders I would highly recommend calling Mike L and see what he recommends doing. He might be able to recommend a shop close to you or ship you a trans.

    I was running the rare parts g2's for a few years. Good tie rods for sure. Now I am running the kryptonite stage 3 kit that I won a couple years ago. Just installed it all a couple months ago. Time will tell how long the tierods last. Haven't heard of to many bad things about this style of rods...
