Go to a different dealer. If they cannot flash your ECM they don't know what they are doing. It is done with a Tech II . They get your vin and look up the ECM calibration on GM's site upload to Tech II and flash your ECM. Worse case they have to pull your ECM and do it on the bench. Easy just...- MACKIN
