    Swapping nozzles

    ^^^This is very important!!!!^^^ The little puck is the size of a pinhead and easy to lose if you are not paying attention. It can stick to the nozzle when you separate from the injector and fall...almost impossible to find if you drop it.

    What is the compression ratio? Sounds just like my race truck, ALWAYS have to use glow plugs until truck is warm.

    I have been wondering this same thing. HPtuner also gives you the ability to modify files with TunerPro and the "user defined parameters" but you have to know how to find the different addresses in the .bin file. I have no clue on where to start. I would love to be able to map out a .bin...

    Twins It's really hard to beat a VGT for towing and daily driving. I would consider twins and keeping the VGT before going to a fixed vane turbo.

    Great info, I just put an early L5P cooler on a 03 rebuild. It fit perfectly just had to clearance the heat shield slightly. I used two of the stock Allen head bolts an three HPOP Powerstroke bolts to mount it. Cooler is much bigger than the original, that 2020 cooler must be ginormous...
