    It's not your GPCM, the low fuel pressure is your issue. You don't have to unplug GPCM to reset your power, just turn off the truck for a minute and restart. You will have power again until the low fuel pressure code hits. I assume you already changed the fuel filter? You need a scan...

    No, it should go into a high idle mode and all you warning indicators should go off. Don't touch anything during the test (brake or gas pedal) and vehicle must be at operating temp.

    A Reductant System Malfunction Service Bay Test is required when the Service Emission System message or Service Exhaust System message is displayed on the driver information center (DIC). Not sure what scan tool you have but this is the test I run to clear the messages after replacing a DEF...

    Yes, in my quest to find a .bin file I was hit up on another site by a "euro" guy trying to sell me .bin files and mapacs. He wanted 3k for a .bin file with maps. He said he did L5P tuning for ALL the big US tuners...he also said he could convert .hpt to .bin. He had no idea how to use HPT...

    That's great! Can you explain how I can create an .XDF file in TunerPro using a L5P E41 ECM .bin file and then transfer to HPTuners with the user defined parameters? How to find addresses in the .bin file. or is there a better program to do this with? Thanks.

    You could also try one of the smaller tunes and see if it holds. If the lift pump pressure is good the only thing left is the HP4 or injectors... if the Allison is pulling power you won't see it in the fuel pressure because the actual and desired will be the same. You could also log data...

    Have you already changed the fuel filter to rule that out? A shop with a good scanner should be able to max out the pump pressure and see if it holds.

    LB7: LB7 fuel in coolant, how?

    Heads passed pressure check at the machine shop. New cups and injectors were going in anyways. I'll have it back together in a day or two. I think we will be good. Still have no idea how the fuel got into the coolant.

    2004 stock lb7 sheared cam pin and bent pushrods nothing new...but the coolant has fuel in it, how could the fuel get to the coolant?? Pressurized the short fuel returns in the heads, no leaks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
