and purchase a new cushion on Amazon, have the cover washed and resown. It will feel like a new ride. Best $100 dollars you can spend. you can see how to remove on youtube

I went a local salvage yard looking for the heater controls and the actuator. Ended up coming home with a new lid for center console, the actuator, heated seat module for buddies 04 tahoe and an ecoder motor for transfer case for $8.53. I will take that that any day of the week. It was like a pull a part salvage yard. Where you go pull your own parts. It's too bad we had a snow storm while we were out there but we got the job done. Been a busy and exciting day for sure.
Also it seems like the first thing people take out of these vehicles are heater controls and instrument cluster. Anything electric on the dash......gone. Looked for newer style 4l60 and 700r4 with the bigger input shaft cores also but some other core buyer beat us to that. Today was still a success none the less.
