    Hate to say it but most manufactures have that policy in writing , warranty only good to original purchaser. Since you had the receipt you should have said you were him (seller) or had him take care of the warranty exchange?

    I wonder if some merchants have issues with selling parts by email. To many tire kickers being a waste of time to actually trying to sell you what you really need verses what you might want, in some cases. Then there's the translation factor that sometimes can be there and lost you waste more...

    Townfair tire? I wouldn't let them do it anyway. Your truck has a lift so who did the lift? I would ask your dealer who they use or let them do it pay the little extra for quality IMO. But that's me

    http://www.carid.com/2006-gmc-sierra-grill/ Most I believe are inserts or you'll need to modify your existing grill or it's a overlay. That's the way most aftermarket grilles are.

    I'd imagine 1/8 inch wouldn't be to bad but the thicker the quieter I assume. I couldn't imagine 1/2 inch and not expect problems. But nonetheless the interior pieces aren't designed for something to be added . Other obviously others have done it what kind of issues did you run into?

    I wonder how is the fitment like the headliner and other areas with the thickness of the sound dead-ner put in then putting interior pieces back. Also on the doors how do you work around the window mech? Or do you just cover what you can not every square inch? Curious....

    In his other posts (feels like a neutral drop) claims it's stock other then a KN intake? But he needs to give more info to even attempt to help him diagnose. Year ,confirm no modes etc etc . He claimed also he had his transmission serviced hopefully it wasn't power flushed.

    Yup,You could be off up t a few gallons which pooches the mileage/gallon accuracy. Need to fill up till you see it in the neck each time for accuracy!

    As mentioned get a Tech II or equivalent and get the codes stored in the TCM. Could be something simple or catastrophic. Since you put 6000 miles on the build with no issues maybe its something simple. No one will know without the stored codes!
