    From day No 1 this engine had a dud MDE 10 Hole injector on No7 but noise seems to be out of No5 but need to see in the flesh. With all the other things wrong in this new built engine I wouldnt be surprised if it was a loose big end either :(

    Not a real good vid to really hear it Dale. When driving on the road it really knocks and when I put my shortened broom handle on the header pipe on No 5 and to my ear at idle its a CLUNK, CLUNK down there somewhere. It will have to come out either way. Ive given up it being something simple :(
