    The paint isn't a bad idea, I would use a semi gloss, the gloss and flat didn't match my tint so well. When working the paint into tight areas try a toilet paper roll or a paper towel roll to control overspray. :) Sometimes you can even step down to a funnel. Although its a solvent of sorts...

    I used 3/4" out and 1/2" return line. IIRC that's double the original size on an LLY. My thinking was purdy straight forward. Double in, double out... could be wrong (usually am) atleast the ID ratio between feed and return will remain the same. If you use the stock tank it get's pinched...
