    I'm running 60% overs. Decided on them mostly because of my elevation. No numbers yet. Just got the truck running again a couple weeks ago. Going to try and make it to a dyno here in the next month or so.

    You are correct. I should have been more specific. I did get a code when using my V2 but didn't get a SES on my 05. Didn't even get a code on my 04.5

    I didn't get any codes when I had exhausts on either my 04.5 LLY or my 05 LLY when running 100% stock tuning.

    Try unhooking the batteries for 15 min and try again. Not sure if it will fix your problem but I've had a no com error on my LLY's after trying to flash with the ABS relay still in. Damn Ne-max beat me to it.

    What brand gauge pod is it? I have an autometer in my built truck and like said above the hole is just bigger than the speaker.

    I'm pretty sure your aftermarket pillar goes over the top of your factory. Last time I checked they didn't make a full replacement pillar for the speaker for 03-07 classic. They do make one for 07.5+
