    I had a dhd egr delete kit and wound up tig welding the y bridge to keep the orings from being spit out. They have a similar straping method that doesnt work.

    I removed drivers side up pipe bolts from manifold and pedestal. That gave me enough room to tighten oil drain pipe. If you are doing an egr delete I would highly recommend using an aftermarket y bridge like hsp. You will have trouble with boost leaks if you run the stock ybridge unless its welded.

    You can rescale current on fuel pressure regulator to cure your lope. This will most of the time work unless the reg is shot.

    I guess I was one of the lucky also. S366/480 billet chargers & 80% injectors held fine. Then went to 63 billet cheetah exergy 10mm pump and exergy 45% sticks.

    Killed a LBZ last night.

    The 06 lly is 310 hp. The 06 lbz is 360hp. The Lmm is 365hp. I am just joking around hopefully nobody takes it the wrong way. Hell they are all great trucks they are duramaxes!

    Compression on LBZ

    Sure sounds like low compression. Once the piston and rings heat up enough to grow large enough to give you a little compression. Low compression will show bad balance rates.
