    Did you locktite them in? And then install the injectors in the bore, torque them down after your fuel return line hooked up?     No special way just make sure the cups are seated and havent moved. If they had moved it will be your choice weather to re seal cups or install new cups. Most people re seal their cups if they are loose. They are around $30 a piece so its your call.

    I am running 1 shim and the 1054. My temps were up around 190 so I had to cool it down. I called Mike L to get a cooler but never got a call back so I went with a PPE cooler. I am very happy with it and temps are down 30 degrees.

    Os only allows dsp2 or dsp5 tune options in ecm. Other than that just stock.

    Broken or cracked piston? Or hell maybe another Lbz injector failure? Have you used a stethoscope on it? Can you kill the cylinders one @ a time to narrow your problem child down? If you habe a scan tool or efi v2 use your dvt tool to isolate noise by killing cylinders 1 @ a time.

    Problem with competing in the compound class is alot of trucks are making 1100+hp. Its like like bringing a knife to a gun fight in that class unless you have loooots of $$$$$!

    Not sure on Hvac industry but Loveland area is real nice. I have family that used to live in Loveland and now live in Windsor and Johnstown. I am sure the Castlerock area is very nice also. Lots of people only downside.

    Bumr man. Same thing happened to me 1st go around with a Precision sled puller converter. I pulled the Precision and sent it back to be tightened up but in the mean time went with a 1054. I really like the 1054 in stock turbo stock fuel lmm.

    With my old lb7 ally I would run a bunch of 13.1's @ 104 mph. I was getting terrible 60' times also like 1.8's. Sounds like you are stroking the gears pretty well!

    I use a matco flex head ratchet wrench and put a 16" long piece of pipe on it. Works everytime. You will need to pull gp relay mod out of way.
