    High calculated fuel rate

    I've read a low calculated fuel rate could mean injectors are worn out and returning alot of fuel but I'm no expert. Judging from the numbers you posted on yours I'd say they are in good shape.

    Banks with dry filter. I've plowed alot of deep snow and never has the filter got ice or snow in it.

    Just do the y bridge and be done with it. Little bit of a performance gain and peace of mind not having that damn thing leak imo

    These injectors can't be compared to to big truck injectors. I personally think and have experienced these last the longest with no additives what so ever.

    Do you know the size of turbos and injectors on the truck? If those are unknown it'll be impossible to tune

    Sounds like egr valve stuck open. Is the egr still there or did you put a blocker plate in? How are your connections to from the turbo to IC, IC to y bridge? Any leaks? Or is the egr just turned off?

    Whining noise

    I've always used whatever cheap power steering fluid I can get off the shelf. Changed my first power steering hose couple days ago not bad for a 15 year old truck.

    I doubt it. I've ran mine for a long time with 1/4" on the dipstick and never had any issues.

    Can you push the primer bulb on the fuel filter housing? Crack the bleeder screw on top and see if fuel comes out when while pushing the primer bulb. If you can't push the blub with the screw loose you will have to take the fuel filter off and see if it's gelled. If it is replace the filter. You...

    You aren't going to get help finding tuners on here. You'll have to do it the old fashioned way.

    About to purchase 09 2500

    Stock tcm tuning will yield the best shifts, making sure your fuel system is running 100% from the tank to exiting the injectors is key. Changing the allison have 'firm' shifts will only shorten friction life.

    Best rotors

    I used to warp stock OE rotors until I switched to Powerstop xtreme brake and tow. Haven't had am issue since on 22s with 35s. I'm hard on my brakes.
