Annoying cosmetic issues
You can try polishing the headlights. Might take the majority of hazing off the outside. The inside isn't worth it unless you're going to retrofit projectors too. I would just buy some fleebay cleared lights if it were me. And literally 90% of the Chevy bumpers I see (including the 3 in my... -

Mid/large compound choices
I have a 72vgt/double bat S483. I haven't been able to dyno it (mostly because I live in the middle of nowhere :spit:). It makes gobs of power on the street. I haven't had it on anything above tune 3 and my tunes aren't fueled very hard. I have another dsp file with heavy fueling that I am too...- Lparrill

Mine is a special kind of pain in the ass because the motor was built for sea level with an aggressive cam and low compression pistons w/ valve reliefs. It's not fond of chilly weather and the 5000'+ elevation.- Lparrill

HSP New Style Hotside intercooler tubes now in stock!
I had the opposite problem with aluminum. I had a shop install the kit and tune my truck. They didn't get the clamp on tight enough for fear of ovaling the tube and the cold side blew off essentially destroying it. The aluminum was tricky. I agree with Harbin, I'm all for the steel pipe.- Lparrill

LLY: Quick Question about Elevated Idle
Nope it "should" stay on, mine did on my 05 work truck. You may have to turn it back on of your batteries die or you change them. Not 100% positive though. -
