    Filter Wrench Recommendations

    Craftsman Filter wrench, uses a 3/4" socket or a 3/8" drive ratchet. Works awesome on our trucks for the oil filter and spin-on, not so well on the fuel filter, but it should only be hand tight as I have never needed wrench to change my fuel filter.

    f you have efi live, why not tune the other anyway? What do you mean worth it? It comes with 2 licenses, so you might as well build a tune for it and ditch the edge.

    it all depends on the tuning and of course if the egr is working properly....can happen on a lbz too. My LMM is fine along with every other LMM I have tuned without a blocker plate.

    As long as the script is set up to change the tables you want to change....You can run a script for anything. its just a text doc that tells what tables to change and to what, pretty simple.

    Air Shut-off - BD Diesel

    I have had one of those for a long time now...Except my LMM came factory with it and with a little wiring modification and efi it works perfect, shuts the truck right down :D

    Turn off egr with efi live

    Go to the EGR area and set the ect/rpm values to where it will not see them and good to go. Turning the DTCs off is not turning off the EGR, only the MIL.
