    Plumbing from Lift to CP3

Yes, you can. just make sure you can go to napa or somewhere and get the better micron rating filters for the lift pump. This should be really easy especially if you can make your own return manifold

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

Going to try out the tuning tomorrow and see how that goes without switching the fan setup. What hard part issues could i have do you think? meaning all of my cooling system is new as of this year. Also, i took it to Tennessee last week up in the mountains and watched my foot really...

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

Hayden Fan clutch on order. I will report findings this upcoming weekend, do you all use locktite on the fan clutch nut or leave it? Also, i just had kory pull a lot of fuel out of my tow tune to get it into the 400hp range.

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

Meaning of when i put the 72R On. Not trying to sound like a smartass but I will try this mechanical fan and we can see how it goes, I tried this fan before with a 68mm fleece cheetah on a stock motor and had this issue

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

This never has been a problem since this year, all other years towing with a Danville 72vgt and same engine set up had the same issue. I ran a fan clutch last 2 years and electric fans this year, it ran better with electric fans and cooler with electric fans versus the clutch style. Egts are...

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

The only thing I don't like about the electric fans is the bottom 5 inches of the radiator isn't covered by the fan shroud it pulls air through. Is that part number the lower temp clutch? I was wanting to stay away from a fan clutch, I gained around 1.2 mpg and some throttle response when I...

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

Btw forgot to say my tow tune is around 650hp as far as I know. Thought about trying a baby 500hp tune even though it might be a little laggy. Also the truck has dual flexalite fans on a manual switch which I keep on 24/7 when truck is running, and the intercooler and radiator are brand new...

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

Seems like I have all the right cooling system parts but I haven't seen anone else with this issue, and how did the 67.7 do as a single ? Also this charger is for sale currently for $2500 with 1900 miles on it and I would be open to trading for a 67.7 or s400 kit

LLY: Danville 72-R 4094 VS Duramaxtuner Stealth 67.7

Anyone out there running a stealth 67.7? Checking out on one of these. I currently have the 72R with 71mm turbine tuned by kory and I can't seem to keep coolant temp down when towing. New mishimoto radiator, pump, stats, and hoses. Normal driving it's 179* all day until hooked to a trailer...

LLY: LLY overheat after 72R Install, thermostat issue ?

Just checked both fans and they both spin the same amount of rpms. Both my manual switch and a/c compressor switch activate the fans and have been used correctly for the past 1.5 years

LLY: LLY overheat after 72R Install, thermostat issue ?

The mishimoto stats have been in since 2012 and they have usually done good until now. Maybe the heater core or something plugged ? I've been trying to find mcrats thermostats

LLY: LLY overheat after 72R Install, thermostat issue ?

Do many people run without thermostats ? I'm getting ready to take off Thursday for Tennessee and will be pulling a loaded 25 foot goose in 95* heat is my main concern. Electric fans have been on for 1.5 years and I've always towed with them and street drove it. Never had an issue. It...

LLY: LLY overheat after 72R Install, thermostat issue ?

Where dI'd you buy them from? I had the radiator out this past august and pressure washed it all and cleaned it. I'm almost positive it's not dirty I never drive this thing haha

LLY: LLY overheat after 72R Install, thermostat issue ?

Having issues with my LLY randomly overheating, cruising the streets it'll now run 197-208 and idling with the electric fans manually turned on 24/7 it won't go under 197. It use to idle around 171 when warm. Now when hooking up to a trailer it skyrockets. I've bled the system, no air bubbles...

    Mark's 72stg2R 4094 billet turbo

Towed a light little 15foot bumper pull dual axle trailer with 2500 pounds of weight on it and it did perfect. Sucks the fuel though, but thats soon to be fixed in the tuning. Cruising on the flat highway doing 65mph around 1800rpm egts were 775* at 7psi boost. Very happy with this

    Mark's 72stg2R 4094 billet turbo

More than happy with it! Only thing I wish I would have done is go to a 71mm clipped turbine and an hx40 downpipe flange. I already have the downpipe but I was too pumped to get the turbo in to wait longer for more work on it. Who knows, maybe it'll come back out this fall for one. If I put...
