cross your fingers!! headed to the track

I don't remember now that I think of it. I'm pretty sure the 1/8 was on the original cp3. That cp3 held well in the past but it was changed when I had that no start issue a while back.

cross your fingers!! headed to the track

Yes sir, like it is in my sig I was hoping for a 11.9999999999 lol. It did way better a few months ago at the 1/8 with more weight and on 20" nittos cutting a 1.82 60' only leaving at 11psi. This trip to the 1/4 was definitely not how the truck ran in the past. Sucks!! But it's all...

cross your fingers!! headed to the track

On a solid note, my buddies cc/sb ford economist 4wd cut a 13.95 on a tune, intake and exhaust which is very impressive!!!! Those economist amaze me!!!

cross your fingers!! headed to the track

Made 2 passes, 1 on the race tune and 1 on the tow tune. Bad news is the race tune ran a 12.3, good news is the "tow"tune ran a 12.3!! Lol. For some reason I couldn't hold rail for ****, its hot and humid of course burnout holding rail was a bit odd. Twin cp3 has been powdered and is on...

cross your fingers!! headed to the track

headed out to Baytown to try my luck at the 1/4. I have a go pro mount on the side of the truck up by the passenger fender and at the top, rear of the cab facing back. Not sure which I am putting the camera on yet but I will take a video. will probably run around 8-9 tonight after it...

    new gasket for V-band flanges!!!

he didn't have any bead of any kind on the end of the piping. It was a smooth surface and the worm clamps just don't generate enough force. it was quite "presidentially rigged"

    new gasket for V-band flanges!!!

60% of the time it works every time!! lol saw this on a guys race truck at the event last weekend...pretty sad to say the least. He was also trying to hold back 60psi using silicon boots and 4 worm clamps on each side, needless to say it blew off every time. Looks like something Scott...

    Fresh Limo pics

This guy was at the local event last saturday, good looking truck. He had the aftermarket rear bed skins that stuck out too. As soon as I saw it I had to snag a pic for James. Best part was he threw on those stock rear tires and roasted them to the point that the rubber coming off the tire...

Diesel shootout - July 27th at Little River Dragway

I'm gonna ship you a box of stinky warm brown goodness!!! Lol That black truck that ran the 11.07 is the same flat black ext cab short bed 12v that has done well at Ennis every time I've seen him. Solid, smooth running truck with a consistent driver.

Diesel shootout - July 27th at Little River Dragway

I had just got back in early that morning driving straight through from Colorado. I was still loaded with 40+ gallons of diesel, tools, parts, etc from the trip. Not quite prepared, so I just watched! Really didn't expect to be back in time to go at all.

Diesel shootout - July 27th at Little River Dragway

I'm still shocked at the turnout! The boys running the dyno were a bit confused with the diesels, they were playing with % grade to simulate load and had some of the trucks only revving to 2500 rpms. Numbers were low HP and high torque.
