That's odd. Not 100% sure what to make of that. It is sounding more and more like the CP3. Though like 2004LB7 said, you should try it without the regulator plugged in to see what it does. -

Do like GM did for the gaping hole where the old mirror design mounted: cover it with a cheap plastic plate :roflmao: I wouldn't mind the new mirrors half as much if they had extended the window glass to fill the hole (like cars) or even brought back the wind-wing. -

I use a York 210 A/C compressor as an air pump. It is a kit I bought from Little Shop Mfg. It loses a lot of oil (because A/C compressor), so I run it through a moisture trap after the check valve and pressure switch. If you pop the return line off, how much total return fuel after cranking/starting/dying? Either the CP3 isn't able to move enough fuel (bad CP3), or it can move enough fuel but it is getting returned too fast (injectors, CP3, FPRV). Or there is a restriction somewhere, but that seems unlikely... -

I was going to suggest testing them at temp, but I would imagine the turbo discharge temp will be under 500°F, and most stainless doesn't see any degradation in strength until well over 800°F. Still might not hurt testing a little over intended working pressure just to be sure.- DAVe3283
