    Diesel Catalyst Replacement

Try these guys https://davicomfg.com/products/first-to-market-prototype-service/ Or Walker, even though they don't list the diesel stuff on their website. I have a front pipe from an LMM I'd send to you if you can't find anything else.

    Stroker vs dual cp3 question

The best way to dive into PID tuning is to research quite a bit of PID control theory and technique. You'll likely conclude, as I did about 10 years ago, that you only should be making slight changes to the Proportional values to get what you need out of the FPR. I did because I was running a...

    Twins with Twins, Anyone?

Heck yeah, (sorry Ken for hijacking your thread), but my non-diesel approved Aeromotive 11110 is still kicking after 11 years with a external regulator and donaldson combo filter setup. It isn't quiet, but it will move more fuel than a duramax needs to make 1500hp. (And it's uscg approved) The...

    Twins with Twins, Anyone?

I know. John got the idea from TTS. His seriesed pumps only supported roughly. 500hp. I had a set of his Carters on my very first build around 2007 that made 525hp and was dropping rail badly with Tony's tuning. They still were supplying 2psi at the cp3 during that event. I paralleled them and...

    Twins with Twins, Anyone?

Because the pumps weren't staged properly to run in series, they would've performed slightly better in parallel. It would be great to see/find a maglev motor/pump combo with adjustable external regulator that worked for diesel fuels and didn't break the bank

    Help with engine power reduced

The tag Is probably mapped incorrectly or mislabeled. It's an Autel... it could be referencing the intake air valve.

    lb7 glow plug wiring

The Equivalent Resistance of the 8 glows at .5 ohm each is .063, which yes, is too small to measure with an average tool. That's why I suggested to ohm the feeders where they connect to the relay block, so he measures the whole system, which should be much more. Otherwise the system would be...

    lb7 glow plug wiring

It's possible you just put in a sticky relay. What I would do is first repair your wiring and clean up any corrosion on terminals etc, then find total ohms of the feeder wire to ground, then calculate theoretical load of the circuit at 12v to verify it isn't supposed to overload the new relay...

    lb7 glow plug wiring

Ok, so you have the relay pack. Did the harness melt before or after the relay change?

    Help with engine power reduced

If it is intermittent, there is likely a bad connection at the MAF connector. If it is consistent, then start checking circuit integrity.

    lb7 glow plug wiring

The fuse can actually handle 175amps of current...the relay, terminals, wires, and bussbar cannot. What gen do you have?? You have the newer controller or the old relay pack?

Yes, they all will have a little resistance

Help! At the end of my rope

That eliminates software issues, sure, but doesn't eliminate another electrical issue or weird sensor, or weird input caused by another mechanical issue. But in this guy's case, they've gone through most of everything it seems, so my bet is on a problem inside the trans.

Help! At the end of my rope

I totally understand what y'all were trying to say. But to be honest, as soon as the OP said they had it figured out because they saw the ECM commanding a 6000rpm shift, I mentally discarded that information because it isn't plausible. It isn't real, helpful information. Whether the tcm would...
