    I have a spare transfer case so I ordered pump run kit to put in that and will swap it out since I would rather fix it before complete failure. Just hoping to repair the old transfer case to have as a back up.

    Well it looks like I got bite from being lazy. I figured that the pump rub fix was done when the trans was rebuilt, and now I have a leaking rear case. Has anyone tried to repair the cases by Tig weld it? I understand that the case is Magnesium, which I have never welded before, but for 25 bucks...

    I personally don't give Gale banks the time of day for his videos and quite watching them a long time ago, most of them are back patting session. After watching the hoonigan videos, I was impressed with how well they did for diesel newbies.

    Well I got everything ordered, but its coming out of Michigain, so I am not sure when I will be seeing it. Does anyone know if the Edge EGT sensor is also Converted to 5V's? It would nice to cut off their amplifier and wire it into the new ampilifer so I don't have to buy another 5v expand...

    I have been trying to find a thread where I remember someone was talking about using a K thermocouple and converting it to a 0-5V signal into the edge, but can't find it. Is this something possible?

    Bumping this up...... The edge EGT sensor keeps cutting out randomly, granted since I have gone to the compounds I haven't seen over 1100 degree when it has been working, I would just like to be able to keep a eye on it.

    Normally this would be a great place, other than the mud:(. A friend got stuck and asked me to bring down straps and said it would be a easy pull. Ended up taking a total of 5 trucks to get mine all the way out. I forgot why I hate mud and quit doing stuff like this 7 years ago.
