    I no u put injectors in but that sounds like high return rates. Usually an air leak won't go away with just letting it cool it would need to be primed. Also the fact that a it will fire up with a shot of brakekleen would also lend to that cause usually that isn't enough to overcome an air leak...

    I had this exact problem with an A50 controller. It was the tcm. To diagnose i switched out the tcm with the one off my other truck and the problem jumped trucks. Dealer Flashed a new tcm and i was good to go

    ^this. Go ahead and put the blocker plate in. You will have a code, but will drive fine. To take care of that you will need a tune that will turn off the codes. I don't no if the edge does or not. Probably depends on which version you have. Or I guess an ol fingerstick would work :) cheers :)

    I no but I have seen numerous times an unblocked egr cause the symptoms he is describing.

    The difference in the turning radius is going from the 3500 to the 4500 the dodges are the same way. My regular cab Chevy will turn inside a regular cab dodge 3500 but the 4500 will out turn both easily

    I would guess washer missing as well. Ya gotta live people who think a drain plug needs to be as tight as they can pull it with a breaker bar

    If you are seeing blowby out the filler neck it will be ring related valves can cause low compression but not blowby. If I were u I would keep on driving unless its gets bad

    LOL heard this one lots. As far as tunes It is best if you can find someone to actually put a little seat time in the truck. I have always seen the best results from someone actually tuning a truck in person.
