    I really dont wanna spend 3 times as much on studs if I dont have to. So as of now it sounds like ARP2000 studs and thats it. Wow, do we have anothr advantage on the cummins:D.

    you'll probably be getting another phone call. The build will be started in december if all goes as planned so I still have some time. Keep us updated on how you like it. Banks and ATS were the only two I was aware of.

    me too but I know the rule is there for my own safety so I might as well do it. We also need a tranny blanket as well.

    mike I also just rememeber that we have to have an SFI approved flex plate for our pulling organization if we ever plan to go over 4500RPM.

    I was dead set on a goat too because of how young I was and wanted to be able to afford the modifications. In hindsight I couldve built up an old 12v for about the price I payed to purchase my truck. But In the end it wouldn't have been as fun and I love the duramax community such as this...

    Maybe you have noticed this too being from southern wisconsin. I know in my area the number of Dmaxes driving around is ridiculous. In my little town of under 3,000 there are 20+ that I can think of from the area.

    alwats been a fan of cen-pe-co. I know before the silver bullet pulling tractor switched to cen-pe-co they were replacing bearings every 4 passes. Looks like ill need a big barrel for next year.

    so should I just keep the stocker. Iwould like to upgrade it if neccessary so that i can send it in to be balanced with the rest of the motor.

    I think right now its a 28* I plan on heading to Kennedys shop and making a few passes on his dyno and having him help me with the fine tuning. Hes not to far away from me.

    I always say big charger little charger. Makes the DMax and dodge guys both happy. I guess after this winter Ill have to start using mine on the farm too. Maybe pull some loads of silage or something.:D he must be a grain farmer. Nothing better to do in the winter:D i kid i kid.

    I did decrease it quite a bit and gained some pressure back. The air dog also helped a little. I guess towards the end of the year I was seeing about 17,500

    Thanks Pat LB7Diesel you are exactly coreect that is about where my tune is but I cant really hold 18,000, morelike 15,000. Sweetdiesel: I mentioned that I was doing main and head studs. I also mentioned a Socal Keyed Pulling Camshaft.

    Well My buddy was having a lot of issues with his truck which he has believed to be his CP3. The truck just falls on its face when hes pulling. He really should be beating me but only did once this year IIRC. Anyways, the stealer replaced his PCM and now hes having troubles with his EFI live...
