    Manifolds should come with their own bolts as mentioned. I like to coat all of the bolts with ARP ultratorque, they come apart much nicer the next time around. The exhaust gaskets are all reuseable providing there is no damage to them. You can get new ones if you wish but get some vaseline ready.
