LMM: Which bolts and gaskets?

I am almost ready to bolt all my parts onto my recently acquired 09.

As I was taking stock on what I may need, I have found that I have no bolts or gaskets for the proflow manifolds and up pipes or bolts for the ma motor mounts. I may also be missing blocker plates and gaskets for my egr delete pipe.

Will the stock gaskets and bolts be reusable? Do I need higher grade bolts and new gaskets? If I need new gaskets, will gm gaskets work?

You can reuse the motor mount bolts for sure. The manifolds do require different bolts. I have reused the gaskets many times on mine without trouble

I don't have the gaskets that mate the manifold to the up pipe. Will gm ones work?

Yes you can reuse all exhaust gaskets- manifold to block, and both up pipe gaskets.

You can reuse all the up pipe bolts but ideally I would change them to arp. At least one of my stockers was messed up every time I pulled them. The manifolds use their own bolts they are Allen head

Manifolds should come with their own bolts as mentioned.

I like to coat all of the bolts with ARP ultratorque, they come apart much nicer the next time around.

The exhaust gaskets are all reuseable providing there is no damage to them. You can get new ones if you wish but get some vaseline ready.
