    My new Duramax

I Well I put a down payment on a fully loaded brand new 2.8L Trailblazer. I wont pick it up for a while, because I'm gone working now. I'm not a huge fan on how it looks, but its a chevy diesel and should be a good ride. Final price was 1.31 million THB or 37 000 USD. here is a link to...

Mitch there is tons of them running around all over Thailand and the tracks are 80% diesels....its Awesome! The ECU Shop is just down the road from my house and they tune about 3 trucks a day and that's just 1 little shop in my area of Thailand. Most of these trucks run low 10s to mid 9s...

    Duramaxzak 2.6 pulling truck build

Same as Caleb mentioned, No reason to ditch the Allison , you can run a simple coupler. Numerous companies make them including SCS. You can change the gearing in less than 30 minutes.

Have you considered a SCS t-case? You could have multiple gear changes that way too...instead of being limited choice for the diffs:)

    My Build Has Started!

I like the calculator for the whole table, as a starting point.JMO when you look at GM tables they just seem over engineered to me :D Vane turbos require a lil more finesse on timing table IMO but its not rocket surgery

If using lower PW, you don't need to have the timing as high:). But the timing can be placed higher in the upper areas to compensate for the bigger injectors, this should reduce EGTS also ( to a point ) Dale for now just use 50/50 on the calculator. I suggested 20% reduction due to the fact...

    My Build Has Started!

O-30mm3 is normally the idle area, So ya Hook up your efi and start logging as you are going down the road, OPEN efi to your table you are adjusting and you will see the curser highlighted over the cell you are cruising in. if you are having a troubled area this is the best way to find where...

    My Build Has Started!

I would decrease the PW table x 20% in the low to mid range. then use the timing calculator. 80+ mm3 areas should not need adjustment. just smooth them into the other.
